Finance Transformation Manager
About The Position
This role focuses on driving the strategic project roadmap to modernize finance functions, collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless adoption of AI-powered tools and ERP systems. The position involves end-to-end project planning and execution, defining project scope, timelines, and resources to lead cross-functional initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with core financial processes. The role also requires directing strategic meetings, tracking action items to maintain momentum, and delivering clear, high-level project reporting to executive stakeholders across the finance organization.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience
- Big 4 experience (KPMG, Deloitte, EY)
- Exposure to core finance processes, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP)
- Significant experience in a strategic project role focused on digital enablement and AI.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with a variety of project management, presentation, and design software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, or related field).
- Experience in a role focused on technology implementation, change management, or learning and development within a finance context.
- Understanding of core finance processes and financial data lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver technology solutions.
