About The Position

The Program Manager, Finance Transformation, leads complex and transformational programs through disciplined program and project management and change management strategies. The role plans, organizes, and controls resources, procedures, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for business processes, while coordinating project teams and integrating vendor work into program plans. The position develops and governs finance transformation initiatives from scoping through delivery. It establishes clear business cases, scope, dependencies, resource models, and success measures; maintains action-item and decision tracking; facilitates governance across work teams and executive Steering Committees; and translates complex performance, dependency, and financial information into executive reporting and decision frameworks. The role also identifies delivery risks and roadblocks, prioritizes a portfolio of initiatives, and works with business, technology, data, shared-service, and vendor partners to align technical solutions with operational needs and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Identify systemic delivery roadblocks, cross-team friction, and data dependencies; develop countermeasures and escalate decision options to senior leadership.
