Finance Supervisor/Finance Senior Analyst

This job is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of accounting, specifically related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Inventory. The main focus is on ensuring timely and accurate monthly and year-end close, compliance with regulatory submissions, adherence to accounting and taxation standards, and proper internal control systems. The role also involves coordinating annual audits, liaising with banks and vendors, and supporting the Finance Director with financial reports. • Oversee daily operations of accounting related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Inventory
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end close, including review of journal entries, bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and other region report requirements
• Ensure timely compliance of regulatory submissions, such as tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, local business tax, etc)
• Ensure adherence to latest accounting and taxation standards as well as proper internal control systems
• Responsible for Inventory reconciliation and ensure monitoring of Operations compliance to inventory process and controls
• Coordinate and complete annual audits, ensuring timely submission of audit requirements
• Coordinate with Banks and vendors
• Support the Finance Director with region reports and other adhoc financial reports

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy
• Experience in using accounting software & ERPs (Netsuite background is a plus)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with local government requirements and deadlines
• Minimum 2 years supervisory position
• Preferably Assistant Managers/Managers specializing in Finance & Accounting operations.
