About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is a fast-growing, founder-led company providing essential services to multifamily communities across the country. We're looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Charlotte office team and play a key role in managing working capital, accounts payable, and supporting continued growth to our financial planning & analysis capabilities. This is an in-person role for someone who is organized, persistent, and comfortable communicating with customers and other external / internal stakeholders by phone and email. You'll work closely with leadership and have real visibility and impact as the company scales.

Requirements

Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and miscellaneous finance, planning, and analysis support
Comfortable making collection calls and sending follow-up emails
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable and able to work in-office Monday–Friday
Clear, confident communicator who can be firm but professional
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business or related field (or other relevant degree / experience)

Nice To Haves

Experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable for a growing portfolio of vendors and payments
Track outgoing payments and assist in depositing incoming checks accurately and on time
Perform periodic bank, payroll and other reconciliations
Handle collections via phone and email, maintaining professionalism and strong client relationships
Follow up on past-due invoices and document all outreach
Maintain clean, accurate records and support month-end reporting
Coordinate with operations and leadership to resolve payment and billing issues efficiently
Misc. Additional Tasks and Special Projects on an as-needed basis
