GAF’s Finance Rotational Program is a two-year program designed to develop high-potential talent into future finance leaders through rotations in Finance departments. The program includes 12 months in Corporate Accounting and 12 months in Revenue Management. In the Corporate Accounting rotation, the entry-level accountant assists with monthly general ledger close and year-end audits; oversees general ledger activity, journal entries, analysis, and reconciliations; and contributes to projects and process improvements. Initial work includes recording and reconciling lease transactions under ASC 842, maintaining lease account records, supporting asset-management processes, and assisting with month-end close. Travel to participate in plant asset counts may be required. Tasks for subsequent rotations will be defined within four weeks of each rotation’s start date. In the Revenue Management rotation, the associate supports financial forecasting, pricing analysis, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include analyzing finance and sales data, preparing reports, contributing to financial models, analyzing pricing actions and their financial impacts, and supporting pricing strategy and planning. The associate collaborates with sales, product management, customer experience, and FP&A teams to support profitable growth. The position is based at GAF’s Parsippany, New Jersey corporate headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Friday. Occasional travel may be required for conferences, site visits, professional development, or learning opportunities, with advance notice provided.
