About The Position

As a Finance Rotational Specialist at Solstice, you will participate in a structured rotational program consisting of approximately three 18-month assignments, providing broad exposure to Finance, Analytics, Audit, Risk Management, and Business Operations. The program includes an expected plant/site rotation and offers hands-on experience supporting business performance, operational excellence, compliance, and strategic initiatives across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, support audit and compliance initiatives, identify process improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that drive business results. Participants gain exposure to multiple areas of the Finance organization and contribute to high-impact projects supporting Solstice's strategic objectives. Participants are expected to complete a plant/site assignment to gain firsthand understanding of manufacturing operations and operational finance. The rotation may change based on business needs. In this assignment, you will work with plant leadership and operations teams, support plant finance activities, analyze operational and financial data, and gain exposure to supply chain, production planning, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Openness to a rotation to a plant/site assignment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated learning agility and ability to adapt to new business environments.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Internship or prior experience in Finance, Audit, Accounting, Analytics, Risk Management, or Business Operations.
Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.
Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, or risk management concepts.
Experience working in cross-functional team environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to improve business performance and operational effectiveness.
Support financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business analytics activities.

Support plant finance activities, including cost analysis, productivity initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings.
Gain exposure to supply chain, production planning, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
Build relationships across manufacturing and business functions to strengthen collaboration and business acumen.
Develop an understanding of how operational decisions impact financial performance and organizational results.
