About The Position

Salesforce is seeking candidates for its first-ever Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program. This is a full-time, 2-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders in Finance by providing structured exposure across multiple functional areas, hands-on project experience, and meaningful mentorship. Participants will be part of a small cohort, completing four six-month rotations in key Finance disciplines, working with senior leaders, and contributing to the program's growth and evolution. The program aims to provide broad exposure across Finance domains, networking opportunities with senior leaders and peers, the chance to influence the program's development, and a clear career path into a permanent Finance role upon completion. This inaugural program may see evolving structures, timing, and assignments, and candidates should be comfortable with some uncertainty and co-creating the program. The position is ineligible for visa sponsorship and will close on March 9, 2026.

Requirements

  • Studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and comfort working with data
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in fast-changing environments
  • Intellectual curiosity, growth mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • AI & Agentic Curiosity: A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and how "agentic" workflows can transform traditional processes/workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or work experience in Finance or accounting
  • Experience with Excel, financial modeling, or analytics tools
  • Involvement in extracurriculars, leadership roles, or projects that demonstrate initiative

Responsibilities

  • Serve in four six-month rotations across functions, which may include Accounting & Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement & Sourcing, Internal Audit, Finance & Strategy, and Investor Relations
  • Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners
  • Experiment with AI-enabled tools to improve team processes, utilizing Agents to automate repetitive tasks and improve existing workflows
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Receive mentorship and coaching from senior Finance leaders
  • Engage in formal learning, training sessions, and cohort development
  • Upon completing the program, transition into a permanent Finance role aligned with your skills and interests
