About The Position

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to oversee the financial and administrative side of our growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical business. This person will be responsible for keeping the numbers accurate, the bills paid, payroll processed, and leadership informed through reporting and financial analysis. This is a critical leadership position inside our company.

Requirements

  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience required
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll
  • Pay vendor invoices
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Work inside QuickBooks and ServiceTitan
  • Vendor management
  • Insurance and licensing tracking
  • Employee paperwork
  • Financial record keeping
  • Office process management
  • Support ownership with reporting and analysis
  • Weekly revenue reports
  • Gross profit reports
  • Payroll reports
  • Cash flow reports
  • Department performance reports
  • Job costing reports
