This position typically reports to the Vice President of Finance, Controller, or Chief Financial Officer and works directly with operations leadership, area directors, district managers, restaurant general managers, and support department leaders. The role involves leading financial operations reporting for approximately 220 fast food restaurants, developing financial dashboards, partnering with operations leadership to evaluate performance and recommend corrective actions, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The Finance Operations Manager will analyze restaurant P&L performance, provide financial guidance for new openings and initiatives, collaborate with Accounting for period-end close, monitor field-level controls, and partner with Payroll and HR to analyze labor trends. Additionally, the role involves evaluating vendor spend, preparing executive summaries, assisting with process improvements, and training field leaders on financial reporting and interpretation.
