About The Position
This is an exempt level position for a Full Time Finance Operations Analyst within the Global Business Services (GBS) Team in Decatur, IL. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge, learn from experienced professionals, and make an immediate impact in a company recognized for excellence. Requirements
- Curiosity to learn a broad variety of aspects of Finance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to function effectively, both independently and with a team.
- Ability to collaborate within various levels of an organization.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel data tables, pivots, lookups, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Interest in diverse Information Technology.
- Pursuing a 4-year degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other related discipline.
- Genuine interest for the agriculture and food industry.
- Willingness to relocate to Decatur, IL as part of the program.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Adherence to standard office safety regulations.
