About The Position

The Finance & Operations Analyst supports finance and operational oversight activities for the Channel Islands bank. The role helps ensure that information used to manage and oversee the bank is accurate, timely, and appropriately evidenced, while coordinating activities delivered by specialist teams across the wider Schroders Group. The role involves assisting with management information and regulatory reporting, monitoring controls and governance processes, supporting projects and business change initiatives, and coordinating and reviewing outputs from outsourced and centralised teams. The analyst works with colleagues across Finance, Operations, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Tax, and Technology. This position offers exposure to senior management, regulatory environments, operational processes, and strategic projects. It provides learning opportunities and a platform for developing a career in wealth management and financial services.
