Finance Operations Account Manager

The Finance Operations team at Pilot is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to deliver high-quality books efficiently for their customers. The ideal candidate should possess a B.S. or M.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related field, excellent written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a love of problem-solving. The role involves managing customer deadlines and expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and working with product and engineering teams to define and evolve bookkeeping processes. Pilot provides small businesses with dedicated finance experts who learn the ins-and-outs of their business and integrate directly with their billing, banking, expense, and payroll systems.
