Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Bookkeeping Automation team at Pilot. This role is crucial to our mission of revolutionizing the financial back office. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of a key aspect of our product and drive substantial business impact. You will collaborate with customers and internal users to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, while also partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize their needs. Additionally, you will utilize qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform product decisions and oversee the entire product lifecycle. A background in finance or accounting would be advantageous.

Owning a key aspect of Pilot’s product and being responsible for delivering substantial business impact through that product

Defining the metrics you’ll use to measure your progress and demonstrate that business impact

Engaging with customers and internal users to help define vision, strategy, and roadmap

Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs

Synthesizing qualitative research with quantitative analysis to inform product decisions

Owning and driving the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch

• At least five years of product management experience
• Proven track record of building products that have a demonstrable impact on business metrics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with autonomy
• Background in finance or accounting is advantageous
