About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategically oriented financial manager to join our finance team. The role involves supporting financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. The successful candidate must excel in financial activities such as planning and analysis, reporting, and display strong analytical and organizational skills for presenting information effectively. Additionally, providing financial guidance to project teams and contributing to month-end closing processes are integral responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role
Excellent analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial analysis
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs

Nice To Haves

Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
healthcare experience preferred
Strong understanding of value-based care reimbursement models and alternative payment methodologies (APMs) alongside traditional fee-for-service (FFS) structures is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and ensure data accuracy
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Evaluate and interpret financial data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key financial insights and trends
Monitor and assess the financial performance of the company against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze financial and operational metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support critical business decisions by senior management
Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations
