About The Position

Oversee and manage financial planning, policies, procedures and practices. Support development and improvement of data driven decision making and identify potential impacts on operations, healthcare, human resources and quality of care. Contribute to the monitoring of financial performance, conducting organization-wide performance improvement activities, and the maintenance of reasonable and appropriate financial plans and forecasts. Provide guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital planning. Work in collaboration with the finance team to ensure coordination for major projects and system initiatives. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years hospital experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
