About The Position

The Finance Manager secures customer financing, presents F&I products clearly, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with the sales team to support timely deal flow and strong performance. Requirements

• At least 3 years of automotive finance experience with a proven track record.
• Deep knowledge of F&I products, lenders, and compliance best practices.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to educate customers without pressure.
• Technology proficiency with DMS, CRM, and lender portals.
• Professionalism, urgency, and a customer-obsessed mindset.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing options for customers through top-tier lenders.
• Present F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and protection plans, transparently and with a focus on value.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Partner with the sales team to support smooth, timely deal flow and a high-caliber guest experience.
• Drive performance on PVR, product penetration, and contract-in-transit targets.
