About The Position

The Finance Manager works closely with the sales team to support smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.

Requirements

Previous experience as an automotive Finance Manager.
Strong understanding of dealership finance products and lending practices.
Proven track record of achieving finance product penetration and profitability goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with dealership management software and lender portals.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Secure financing and leasing options for vehicle buyers through established lender relationships.
Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and vehicle protection products.
Prepare and review finance paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
Maintain positive relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
Monitor deal profitability and maximize finance and insurance revenue opportunities.
Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process.
