Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and dealership operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financing options and product offerings
- Work with lenders to secure competitive financing for customers
- Sell F&I products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and more
- Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Drive department profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
