Finance Manager Position at a Leading RV Dealership. Requirements
- Finance Manager experience in a dealership
- High-energy, quick-learning, and quick-thinking
- Coachable and high-achieving individual who is honest, empathetic, organized, determined, and accountable.
- Leadership skills, who will prioritize the collective over the individual.
- Uplift others and guide the team towards success, pursuing goals with drive and enthusiasm.
- A history of high sales achievement and excellent customer satisfaction is essential.
- A positive outlook is a must—consistently finding the best in people and situations, with no room for complainers.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
