About The Position

Vita Coco is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the key financial partner between our New York headquarters and our Thailand manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, month-end close support, reporting, and process improvements while ensuring strong communication and alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Thai and English, has a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting, and is comfortable working across cultures and time zones. This person will play a critical role in helping transform and strengthen financial processes while acting as a trusted liaison between the U.S. and Thailand teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, audit, or related disciplines.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with financial reporting and month-end close processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across international teams and multiple time zones.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience in a public accounting firm (Big Four experience is a plus).
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or international business environments.
  • Experience driving process improvement and financial transformation initiatives.
  • Consumer products, food & beverage, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Thailand-based teams to gather, review, and consolidate forecasts, budgets, and financial plans.
  • Translate operational and financial insights into reporting that can be incorporated into U.S.-based planning processes.
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
  • Coordinate with Thailand finance and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities.
  • Analyze monthly results, identify key variances, and provide clear explanations to finance leadership.
  • Monitor financial performance and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong financial controls and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in standardizing finance processes between Thailand operations and U.S. corporate teams.
  • Serve as the primary finance point of contact between New York and Thailand.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, operations, accounting, and finance teams to ensure alignment on financial priorities.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and help bridge language, cultural, and business context gaps.
