About The Position

The F&I Manager works in a no-haggle sales environment, making credit decisions, submitting deals to lenders for approval, and helping to bridge disconnects in the sales process. With a background in automotive sales or finance, the F&I Manager will find the right finance and insurance products for every customer, regardless of their situation. The role involves welcoming customers, transitioning them from sales to finance, working with employees and customers to develop relationships, determining customer financing needs and payment options through consultative interviews, presenting a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products, processing finance transactions with 100% compliance to state and federal laws, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, building rapport to create a referral base, setting and achieving targeted sales goals, gaining superior product knowledge, ensuring administrative processes are handled timely and compliantly, and providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology

  • Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process
