About The Position

Parkway Kia South is preparing to open its doors, and we’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our founding team. This isn’t just another dealership job—it’s an opportunity to help build one of Texas’ newest Kia dealerships from day one. As part of the Parkway Family Auto Group, you’ll join an established, family-owned organization while helping create a best-in-class Parts Department that supports our technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and retail guests. SUMMARY: Completes vehicle sales transactions through completion of all necessary paperwork. Produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers. We operate elite, state-of-the-art service departments.

Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Completes vehicle sales transactions through completion of all necessary paperwork.
Produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers.
Secures all vehicle sales and protects the front end gross profit.
Generates revenue by selling financing, credit life insurance, accident and health insurance, and vehicle service contracts to customers.
Provides customers with thorough explanation of manufacturers warranty.
Converts cash and or outside finance deals to finance.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
Review and structure all deals to be submitted to lenders to get approvals.
Call lenders to get deals approved.
Work with sales managers on deals working.
Work closely with the back office to make sure funding and reserves are correct from lenders.
Track and collect all contracts in transit through funding
Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
Maintains an accurate daily log for all deals and income and penetrations.
Works closely with managers on all finance or payment advertisement.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Processes all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.
Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting.
Acquires and maintains current state insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education as needed.
Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
Seeks insurance companies for insurance paper.
Maintains insurance files.
Maintains all current factory incentive, rebates, Dealer/ customer cash, and low rate finance programs.
Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs.
Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.
Insures accuracy of completion on all credit applications.
Works closely with general sales manager to establish sales department goals and objectives and ensures that they are achieved.
Attends sales and managers meetings.
Handles all rate quotations.
Supervises and trains designated backup to ensure continued efficiency and profitability in the F&I manager's absence.
