About The Position

Fury Ford Waconia is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join their team. The role involves guiding customers through the final stages of the vehicle purchase, including structuring deals, securing financing, presenting finance and insurance products, and ensuring accurate and ethical transaction completion. The Finance Manager will collaborate with customers, Sales Managers, lenders, and dealership staff to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Requirements

Two or more years of automotive dealership finance experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, F&I products, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High ethical standards and a commitment to transparency.
Ability to work collaboratively with customers, sales teams, and lending partners.

Responsibilities

Present financing options and F&I products clearly, accurately, and professionally.
Conduct a complete menu presentation for every customer.
Review and verify all deal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Submit credit applications and deal information to lenders.
Secure financing approvals and identify competitive lending options.
Structure deals in partnership with Sales Managers.
Explain payment options, rates, terms, warranties, and protection products.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, lender requirements, and Fury policies.
Prepare accurate funding packets and help minimize contracts in transit.
Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on available programs.
Process cancellations and refunds for GAP coverage, service contracts, and other products.
Ensure backend products are documented and posted accurately.
Assist with customer questions involving rebates and manufacturer incentives.
Support the training and development of junior F&I team members.
Help deliver an efficient, trustworthy, and positive customer experience.
