About The Position
J. Allen Automotive is seeking an experienced automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) professional to join their team as a Finance Manager. This role is crucial in creating a seamless vehicle purchasing experience by helping customers protect their investments with the right finance and protection options. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about finance, compliance, and building trust.
Requirements
- Previous automotive F&I experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet performance goals.
- Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
- Present finance and protection options that fit each customer's needs.
- Structure, contract, and finalize vehicle purchases.
- Secure financing approvals through our lending partners.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Generate finance and product sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of lender programs, leasing, balloon financing, and available rate options.
- Offer vehicle service contracts, GAP, Credit Life, Accident & Health, and other protection products.
- Process cancellations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Partner with the sales team to create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
