Requirements

Previous automotive F&I experience required.
Strong knowledge of dealership finance processes and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet performance goals.
Professional, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Present finance and protection options that fit each customer's needs.
Structure, contract, and finalize vehicle purchases.
Secure financing approvals through our lending partners.
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Generate finance and product sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of lender programs, leasing, balloon financing, and available rate options.
Offer vehicle service contracts, GAP, Credit Life, Accident & Health, and other protection products.
Process cancellations and maintain accurate documentation.
Partner with the sales team to create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
