About The Position

INFINITI of Boerne is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to deliver a finance experience aligned with its luxury vehicles. The role involves structuring and securing financing, maintaining lender relationships, presenting finance and protection products transparently, ensuring transactions are compliant, and supporting the dealership’s sales team. The Finance Manager is expected to provide an efficient, respectful client experience that reflects the INFINITI standard.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Finance Manager at a franchised luxury dealership.
• Verifiable track record of strong per-vehicle retail performance and product penetration.
• Working knowledge of F&I compliance, including OFAC, Red Flags, privacy, and Truth in Lending requirements.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Submit, negotiate, and secure retail and lease approvals through INFINITI Financial Services and bank and credit union partners.
• Maintain strong working relationships with lending partners to maximize approvals and deal structure.
• Present vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance, and appearance protection to every client with transparency and integrity.
• Ensure each transaction complies with federal and state law, lender guidelines, and OEM requirements, including OFAC, Red Flags, privacy, and Truth in Lending.
• Prepare accurate, complete contracts and documentation, and resolve stipulations promptly so deals fund on time.
• Partner with sales management on deal structure, credit decisions, and challenging deals.
• Provide an efficient, respectful finance process that reflects the INFINITI standard and earns repeat and referral business.
