Finance Manager
About The Position
Mohawk Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team! This role offers the opportunity for HIGH compensation for top performers. The ideal candidate will have previous automotive finance experience, knowledge of menu selling, compliance, and lender relations. Our finance team is expected to maintain a high per vehicle profit average and adhere to all rules and regulations. Requirements
- At least one year of automotive F&I Manager experience
- Ability to maintain department profitability while controlling expenses and customer satisfaction
- Understanding and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and vendors
- Willingness to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, providing thorough explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership policies.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately, securing approval through financial sources and appropriate channels.
- Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Train the Sales team on finance and lease programs, highlighting the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
