About The Position

The Manager Finance owns the end-to-end financial projection process for Prepared Foods retail trade. Success in this role rests on three things: rigorous analysis across large, complex datasets; the ability to clearly explain the drivers behind the numbers to partners without a finance or technical background; and a drive to enhance the analysis itself through technology, including AI.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required
• 5 plus years experience in Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 — particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI — with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Able to distill complex financial drivers into a simple, compelling story for audiences without a finance or technical background.
• Learn how a process works and propose enhancements, particularly using technology (AI, Power BI, etc.)
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and maintaining rigor and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process for generating trade template for LE (Latest Estimate)/AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and supporting BU finance in analysis for loading trade into planning system
• Partner with BU finance team to explain drivers of trade results compared to LE/AOP, translating complex financial dynamics into clear takeaways for non-finance partners
• Own building and maintaining trade dashboards/reporting from BU perspective
• Implement enhanced analysis of trade drivers in the P&L, leveraging technology (AI, Power BI, etc.) to sharpen insight and improve efficiency
