This is a high-volume Ford dealership with an established customer base, strong management support, and an F&I office built to perform. It's demanding work—but it's also the reason this opportunity pays at the level it does. You'll have access to Ford Credit, a deep bench of credit unions, and lender relationships we've built over more than 40 years. Our all-in PVR expectation is $2,000, and the entire dealership is committed to helping you achieve it. The Pay We're not posting our pay plan online for every competing dealer in southeast Ohio to read. Instead, we'll put it in your hands during our first meeting. The plan you review is the plan you sign. No hidden packs. No earnings cap. No rewriting the rules after your biggest year. With 60+ monthly deliveries, this office consistently generates six figures in monthly F&I gross. If you've successfully managed a franchise F&I department before, you already understand what that can mean. The Schedule Five-day work week.
