About The Position

The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, performance monitoring, financial planning and analysis (cash flow), governance, stakeholder engagement, compliance, internal controls, and team leadership. This role requires a bilingual individual fluent in English and Korean to communicate with the parent company, Osstem Implant Co., Ltd. The position involves leading the annual budgeting process, short- to mid-term cash flow forecasting, and coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies. The manager will also oversee the Finance team's daily operations, manage intercompany reconciliations, and support ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years in a finance or accounting role.
  • 3–5 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Korean required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a multinational or global corporate environment is preferred.
  • CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present cash flow statements to senior management.
  • Maintain financial records across platforms, including Google Drive.
  • Track financial performance through variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
  • Confirm and reconcile monthly intercompany Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances with the Parent Company (Osstem Implant Co., Ltd.).
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and short- to mid-term cash flow forecasting.
  • Prepare financial summaries and management-requested analyses.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies; prepare required documentation and filings.
  • Maintain the shareholder register and prepare materials for general and board meetings.
  • Periodically review and update financial policies and internal control procedures.
  • Conduct compliance assessments to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal standards.
  • Oversee the Finance team's daily, monthly, and quarterly operations, including daily treasury reporting, cash flow statement preparation, and general ledger management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and other departments.
  • Support execution of ad hoc financial projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
