As a Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Bilingual (Korean/English)
  • 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders
  • Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
  • Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces

Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate clear expectations — and empower your team to meet them
  • Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture
  • Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance
  • Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader
  • Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site-wide events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams
  • Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
  • Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly
  • Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning
  • Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe
  • Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
