This technician will work closely with the Network Team to actively perform network monitoring, provide 1st level troubleshooting to network issues, escalations to network team, communicate with internal teams about alerts/issues, participate in network issues resolution as needed, perform network audits, and occasional support the network team for projects execution during night change windows. We are looking for someone who can follow SOPs, has the right work attitude, willing to help others, sense of responsibility, passion for networks, and desire to learn. Job Description: Proactive network monitoring and first level of support to network incidents for night shift. Proactively work with Network Engineers and Cable Technicians on network incident prevention and service restoration. Basic troubleshooting, escalation to network team within SLA, keeping up with communication until resolution. Network equipment configuration, and replacement of faulty network equipment under Network Team’s guidance. Participate as a buddy check for network engineers during night change windows. Provide occasional extended hours support during high projects season, and during site maintenance day. Respond to incidents within SLA Follow SOPs, create reports as requested, update management systems, and effectively communicate with team members and management. Creation of daily pass down report
