About The Position

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Finance team's daily, monthly, and quarterly operations, including daily treasury reporting, cash flow statement preparation, and general ledger management. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Finance and other departments and will support the execution of ad hoc financial projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The position requires bilingual fluency in English and Korean for communication with the parent company, Osstem, in South Korea.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years in a finance or accounting role, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Korean required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a multinational or global corporate environment is preferred.
  • CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present cash flow statements to senior management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity.
  • Maintain financial records across platforms, including Google Drive, upholding data integrity and accessibility.
  • Track financial performance through variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
  • Confirm and reconcile monthly intercompany Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balances with the Parent Company (Osstem Implant Co., Ltd.) as early as possible at the start of each month.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and short- to mid-term cash flow forecasting.
  • Prepare financial summaries and management-requested analyses to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies; prepare required documentation and filings.
  • Maintain the shareholder register and prepare materials for general and board meetings.
  • Periodically review and update financial policies and internal control procedures.
  • Conduct compliance assessments to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal standards.
