Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.
- Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and others) to process shipments.
- Expedite clearance and delivery to meet clients' requirements, and manage A/R and A/P.
- Maintain and compile operational information, including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
- Provide daily activity reports to management.
- Manage and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations and inventory records.
