About The Position

The Finance Manager welcomes customers and transitions them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchases. The role determines customers’ financing needs and payment options through consultative interviews, presents transparent financing and product options, makes credit decisions, and submits deals to lenders for approval. The manager processes finance transactions in compliance with state and federal laws and company policies, follows up to ensure customer satisfaction, builds customer relationships and referrals, and works toward sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
