About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance and a proven track record of success. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our dealership, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive finance management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to Commute: Midlothian, VA 23112 (Required)

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
- Assist customers with financing options and ensure a smooth and efficient financing process.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to automotive finance.
- Train and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
