As a Sales Associate at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, you will play a key role in driving the success of our dealership by helping customers find the perfect luxury vehicle to meet their needs. We are looking for individuals with a passion for automobiles, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide training to help you succeed!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a positive attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on new vehicle offerings, promotions, and market trends.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
