We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical SFA/Manager to take full ownership of our global e-commerce Marketplace P&L, one of Achievers' most important revenue streams. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Business Intelligence, Customer Success, Merchandising, and Product, translating Marketplace activity into financial insight, strategic forecasting, and operational action. You won't just report the numbers - you'll explain what happened, forecast what comes next, and actively shape the strategy and direction to help support growth. From building predictive models and share-of-wallet analyses to partnering with Customer Success on NRR strategy and existing customer ARR forecasting, this is a role for someone who wants to make a measurable impact across the business. If you bring experience from e-commerce, retail, or a rewards/marketplace environment, that's a significant advantage, you'll hit the ground running with an intuitive understanding of redemption and e-commerce dynamics, catalogue economics, and customer purchasing behavior that are central to this role.
