Initial rotational assignments will be determined by White Cap’s Finance leadership team. Future assignments will consider each FLP participant’s interests and preferences. The duration of each assignment will be approximately six months. Successful Finance Leadership Program completion may result in permanent placement within one of our finance, accounting, or BI teams.
