About The Position
HealthPartners is hiring for a full-time Finance Intern for the summer of 2026.
Requirements
- Current enrollment (or recent graduation) in a college or graduate degree program
- Verbal and/or written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with confidential information
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses
- Analyze healthcare cost trends, claims data, and operational expenses
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Help maintain financial models and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, operations, and compliance
- Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and reimbursement models
- Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership review
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned
