About The Position

Lakeside Industries, Inc. is seeking a Finance Intern for Summer 2027 to work with its finance and accounting teams in Issaquah, Washington. The 10–12-week internship provides hands-on experience in construction financial operations, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in the construction and paving industry. The intern will support Accounts Payable and general accounting processes and projects, interact with financial contracts, and receive exposure to Certified Payroll and other departments, including Operations, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Control.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to have fun while working hard.

Responsibilities

• Interact with financial contracts.
• Support Accounts Payable.
• Participate in general accounting processes and projects.
• Provide support with Certified Payroll.
• Gain exposure to Operations, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Control departments.
