About The Position

As Etched scales its company, it faces numerous operational challenges. The Finance Intern will tackle strategic financial challenges and execute day-to-day finance operations. This role involves working closely with the executive team to drive financial models, assist with purchase orders and accounts payable, and gain exposure to key strategic issues across the organization, including supply chain and product. The intern will gain hands-on experience in FP&A, accounting operations, vendor payments, and pricing/unit economics modeling.

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in consulting, banking, or early startup environments
• Understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping
• Track record of excellent project management and data analysis skills
• Willingness to do a broad set of finance, accounting, and operations work
• Comfort with Excel/Sheets or basic financial modeling

Nice To Haves

• Experience, education, or interest in computer science, electrical engineering, artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Deep curiosity about the AI ecosystem, including emerging trends, cutting-edge technologies, and industry innovations.
• Interest in startup finance (equity, cap tables, fundraising)
