About The Position
The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) is a full-time, paid, 10-week program offering students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. The program is designed to provide students with a firsthand experience of what it’s like to work at Fidelity full-time, delivering a best-in-class experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community, while receiving critical training and development to be a future Fidelity associate. Interns can expect an individual environment doing projects and tasks on their own, working in Excel, manipulating data. This is a back-of-the-office role with no client-facing interaction. Finance internships include exposure to teams who provide detailed financial information to the company’s businesses, enabling them to strategically prioritize and drive business performance.
