About The Position

As an intern, you'll be entrusted with real responsibilities, working alongside industry experts who are passionate about mentoring. The summer internship program is a 12-week program that is expected to begin with orientation on May 25, 2027, and conclude on August 13, 2027. All internships are paid opportunities. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited college or university in the following majors: Finance, Business, or related studies.
• Sophomore status by the start of the internship program.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Proactive thinker and self-motivated.
• Strong time, project, and organizational management skills.
• The ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
• Adherence to safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Support capital project tracking, including budget-to-actual analysis, spend monitoring, and project status reporting.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting activities, including asset additions, disposals, transfers, and reconciliation of the fixed asset register.
• Support the maintenance of depreciation schedules and assist with monthly depreciation calculations and reporting.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports as needed.
• Partner with the Finance team on process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather financial information and support ongoing projects.
• Complete and present an assigned finance project that delivers meaningful business insights or process improvements.
