About The Position

The Mars Snacking Finance Internship is a 10-week summer program offering students practical experience with real business problems and opportunities. Interns help finance teams advance the digital agenda by developing analytics capabilities, improving processes, and supporting adoption of next-generation applications and technologies. They collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments that vary with business needs and may have visibility with senior leadership. The experience builds skills in data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, communication with senior leaders, project ownership, and stakeholder alignment. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time position in the Mars Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation, subject to internship performance and candidate evaluation.

Requirements

• Be a student majoring in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• Intern during the summer before the final graduation date, typically as a rising senior.
• Be willing to relocate to the role site.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future work sponsorship.
• Complete drug and background screening successfully.
• Provide personal transportation to and from the work site for the duration of the internship.
