About The Position
As a financial analyst intern, you will support a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in either a corporate or operational setting. Your work will include monthly reporting and analysis, as well as business planning. This is a paid, full-time hybrid summer position from May through August 2027, located at Westinghouse’s Cranberry location. You will report to the responsible FP&A Manager.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field.
- Have completed the sophomore year of college.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly close of the organization’s books and records.
- Prepare reports and analyze variances following monthly and quarterly close.
- Help build detailed supporting schedules and gather planning information for the organization’s annual business plan.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and create standard operating procedures documentation.
