About The Position

Stuteville Chevrolet of Durant is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to help customers secure financing and protection products while delivering an exceptional vehicle-buying experience. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive F&I experience required
  • Proven track record of F&I performance and product sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic contracting (e-contracting) platforms preferred
  • Comfortable adapting to technology-driven dealership processes and lender systems
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or other dealership software preferred
  • Customer-focused, highly organized, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Understand how to balance profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction while creating a seamless buying experience for every customer

Responsibilities

  • Present financing and leasing options in a professional, customer-focused manner
  • Secure financing approvals through lender partnerships
  • Offer vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other aftermarket products
  • Ensure all deal paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Review contracts and disclosures with customers
  • Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure a smooth purchase process
  • Build strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability
  • Stay current on federal, state, and lender compliance requirements
