About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to join its Hyundai sales department, a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The manager arranges financing, sells insurance and vehicle accessories, completes related paperwork, maintains records and relationships with approved financial institutions, and ensures contracts are funded or money related to vehicle sales is collected. The role requires attention to detail, timely work, strong customer service and communication skills, discretion, confidentiality, and respectful treatment of clients. Work is performed indoors, with most of the shift spent using PCs and telephone systems. Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 20 pounds is required. The schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• This is not an entry-level position.
• 1–2 years of work experience with demonstrated success in vehicle sales.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Detail orientation and the ability to complete work in a timely manner.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to treat clients with respect.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Previous F&I experience is preferred.
