Requirements

2+ years related experience.
Automotive industry experience is required (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing.

College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Helping customers arrange financing for their purchases and presenting additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Structuring deals for maximum profitability.
Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
Accurately desking deals, submitting deals to lenders for approval, making credit decisions, and effectively closing deals.
Ensuring all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Preparing paperwork, contracts, and delivering deals.
Accurately auditing team deals post-sale.
Ensuring the expeditious funding of all contracts.
