Requirements

2+ years related experience
Automotive industry experience is required (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
Strong customer relationship skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record
Must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing

College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for helping customers arrange financing for their purchases and presenting additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
Fully proficient with title laws and registration process.
Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale.
Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
